Finally got fed up enough about the lighting situation on my desk and broke down at Hobby Lobby last night & bought a lucite mini desk lamp. 

Lampshade though.. is kind of iffy. I can't decide if I like it or should toss it!

J Crew Dress

I loved this J Crew dress so much that I went and bought it in another color! Color blocking I believe is here to stay for more than a few seasons, and it is one of the easiest trends to incorporate into your own wardrobe. I think I'm so in love with this dress because I can wear it to church, school, to run errands, brunch with the girls & goes from chic to lazy sunday without losing it's charm.
